Billing FAQ
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
Are refunds available?
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we don’t provide credit for partial billing periods or unused time.
What counts as a “bid”?
One bid is one RFP you create in BidBuster, whether uploaded directly or imported from Discover. Your limit resets each billing period.
Does the Monthly or Yearly Plan include AI auto-fill?
Yes. AI Auto-Fill - which reviews your Master Profile, fills your response, and drafts what’s missing into a ready-to-finish package - is included on both the Monthly Plan and the Yearly Plan.
